Cascais Bay is the perfect spot for an unforgettable adventure. Whether you're alone or as part of a group, you can experience moments of pure fun and leisure, while enjoying the tranquillity of the waters and the stunning surroundings.

The rental includes the use of a SUP board, an adjustable paddle, an ankle leash, a life jacket and a helmet.

Note: Each SUP board can only be used by one person.

Trying SUP for the first time?

For Beginners, we recommend the following equipment: Gong SUP inflatable First Allround 335-litre board, 335.3 cm long and 88.9 cm wide (we have two boards available).

This board makes SUP accessible to everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, and is very stable and high-performance. Its shape makes it fast and very easy to handle, which makes it very suitable for both cruising and riding waves.

While paddling, you will appreciate the smooth glide, typical of inflatable boards. If you want to pick up the pace, its aerodynamic nose accelerates easily. In more difficult conditions, it allows you to cruise through rough waters with ease. The outline ends in a round tail, the most manoeuvrable of all and also the fastest when paddling.
