Cascais Bay offers the perfect conditions for a safe, accessible, and memorable stand-up paddle experience. With generally calm waters and a unique setting, it’s ideal for both beginners and those with some experience.

Whether you come alone or in a group, SUP is a great way to relax, stay active, and enjoy the sea at a leisurely pace.

Rental includes all necessary equipment: SUP board, adjustable paddle, ankle leash, life vest and helmet. All you need to worry about is enjoying the experience. Each board is for single use, ensuring maximum comfort and control.

You will be transported by Jet Ski, by a member of our team, to the activity location in Cascais Bay.

If you already have experience, we recommend the Gong SUP NFA FSP 2X 10’0 XL rigid board. Stable, versatile, and easy to maneuver, it’s perfect for gliding on calm waters or catching small waves with confidence.
